Terms and Conditions - Daanav Softwares

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions applicable for accessing Websites and Software Applications provided by Daanav Softwares. Please note that these Terms and Conditions are additional terms apart from those outlined in Privacy and Refund Policy and End User Licence Agreement. You can also review Shipping Policy so that when placing an order with Daanav Softwares (also referred to us "we" or "us"), you do know when and how you will receive Activation Key. Please feel free to review all related documents and in case you have any qustion or concern, please do contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern / issue.

• You must be a major of age in your country to be able to download, try and pay for any of the software application provided by us.
• You can only use Software Utilities provided by us for Legal purposes with full responsibility of your own.
• You must understand that you are responsible for anything you do and you do take full responsibility of your tasks.
• You must pay only after evaluating free software trial on your computer. This ensures that you do know the features provided by the software application before paying the money.
• You are NOT Allowed to use any of the Applications Provided for handling Life or Business Critical Tasks.
• You agree that after validity of the software's activation duration, you yourself are responsible to pay the renewal fees. We will not be able to charge you or remind you to pay renewal fees.
• You agree and understand that we can change prices of our software applications in future.
• You agree that the Activation sold by us is not Transferrable to other Computer.

Shipping Policy

Once Payment is verified by the appropriate Payment Gateway, we do send Software Activation Key by EMail to the email Address provided during the payment. Normally it takes only few minutes to Deliever Software Activation Key to your Email Address once Payment is Complete.

Please do Ensure that you do enter correct Email Address during the Payment. In case you missspelled your email Address or do not have access to the email address provided, please do write to us at Support@Daanav.com to resolve the issue.

In case you do not receive Software Activation Key within few minutes, feel free to write to us and we will assist you within shortest possible time duration.

In case of Payment by some method which does not allows us to deliever activation key by email, we will let you know the procedure for manual processing of the software's activation key. In such case, you will be requested to provide a way to communicate with you and provide software's activation key.
